  • All our current vacancies are displayed on the “current job openings” page of the website.

    However, you are welcome to send us a cold email with your CV anyway – we’d be happy to add you to our candidate database for future job openings.

  • For each vacancy, we publish a job description, which provides you with all the required information to submit an application. Any further details will be given to candidates at interview stage, if selected.
  • Yes. Feel free to apply for any positions that you think match your skills and experiences.
  • Yes. Our in-house legal division, operating as Black Pen Immigration, will be able to assist you with all visa-related matters if your application is successful.
  • Yes. We recruit on a post-by-post basis and each on merit; therefore you are free to apply again.
  • Make sure that you’ve included all information that is relevant to your application, uploaded your CV and included all your contact details. And last but not least, always remember to spell check!
  • Once you have submitted your application, your CV will be assessed by one of our specialist recruitment consultants. Should you be required to attend an interview, you will be contacted telephonically or via e-mail – make sure you check your email and keep an eye on your phone!
  • Before your telephone interview, make sure you’re in a quiet space and if you’re being called on your mobile, make sure you have strong signal.

  • Our interviews take place at our Cape Town Head Office. First, you will be asked to complete a computer literacy test, typing test and English language test. If you pass these tests, you will then move on to a personal one-on-one interview.

    We use these interviews to give you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills, behaviours and suitability for the role and to help us determine your potential for success. It’s a great opportunity for you to gain a good understanding of the role, as well as your career opportunities.

  • Please bring your current CV as well as your ID. If you are not South African, please bring your passport and current visa.
  • References will be checked after your first interview, before your application is submitted to the employer. Any introduction to the employer is subject to receiving two satisfactory references and a satisfactory criminal record check.
  • Please let us know as soon as you are aware that you won’t be able to attend. Don’t worry, we know that sometimes things don’t go to plan so we will do our best to rearrange your interview if at all possible.
