Nora - CEO
After completing her law studies in Tübingen and Bonn. Nora gained experience as a German attorney and worked for the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority. In addition to this experience, she went on to further her studies and obtained her Master of Laws degree (LLM) at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. She is now actively involved in South African immigration and International Trade Law.
Margarete - Managing Director
Margarete started her career in the Retail industry as Store Manager and Purchaser before moving into Marketing and Business Development. She got a passion for developing small and middle size companies to a higher level of success. Margarete completed a double Masters in General Management and the international MBA in Brazil. After heading the Recruitment Division of Black Pen she now took over as General Manager of the entire company.
