Job Overview

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the regional manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

  • Management of car park staff and ensuring that the staff are correctly deployed
  • Managing staff relations, disciplinary issues and performance management
  • Ensuring that staff don’t work overtime and stick to wage budget
  • Calculating site wages on a monthly basis
  • Ensuring that the car park equipment is fully functional, and malfunctions are attended to timeously
  • Ensure that the car park meets its optimum service levels at all time as per the service level agreement with the client
  • Maintaining stock levels of critical supplies
  • Conduct meetings with staff/service providers on increasing services levels
  • Responsible for all banking daily
  • Ability to deal with a demanding landlord
  • Conducting daily Audits and ensure that all company procedures are adhered to
  • Any other duties as and when required


  • Matric or equivalent
  • Experience in a supervisory position
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong communications skills (Ability to communicate fluently and professionally in English)
  • Customer orientated and strong leadership qualities
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word and Outlook). Intermediate level
  • Flexible working hours required.
  • Weekends and public holidays a requirement.

Salary and Benefits:

  • R7 000.00 p/m
  • Cellphone Allowance
  • 13th Cheque
  • Provident Fund after six months
