Our fast-moving company, Black Pen Recruitment based in Sea Point, is currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant/Headhunter to join our dynamic team.
You’re perfect for this position if you:
- Have 3 years’ work experience in recruitment
- Have a strong sales background
- Have an excellent command of the English language and good writing skills
- Have strong marketing skills and social media skills (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin)
- Have strong network skills
- Have an excellent phone manner and the ability to engage professionally with international clients
- Are comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and answering a high volume of queries
- Are organised and have good time management skills
- Are target-driven
- Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Are a team-player
- Are a proven self-starter with good commercial awareness
- Are computer literate, particularly in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Your roles and responsibilities
WHAT TO BRING:
- Superior closing skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
- Ideally, 3 years’ of outbound sales experience (preferable)
- Exceptional customer service and telesales skills
- Fully computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Business-to-business sales
- Superior closing skills
- Writing adverts for our open job openings
- Searching for the right candidate via social media, job portals and other tools
- Meeting with potential companies and clients
