Our fast-moving company, Black Pen Recruitment based in Sea Point, is currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant/Headhunter to join our dynamic team.

You’re perfect for this position if you:

  • Have 3 years’ work experience in recruitment
  • Have a strong sales background
  • Have an excellent command of the English language and good writing skills
  • Have strong marketing skills and social media skills (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin)
  • Have strong network skills
  • Have an excellent phone manner and the ability to engage professionally with international clients
  • Are comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and answering a high volume of queries
  • Are organised and have good time management skills
  • Are target-driven
  • Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Are a team-player
  • Are a proven self-starter with good commercial awareness
  • Are computer literate, particularly in MS Excel, Word and Outlook

Your roles and responsibilities

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Superior closing skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
  • Ideally, 3 years’ of outbound sales experience (preferable)
  • Driven
  • Exceptional customer service and telesales skills
  • Fully computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

DUTIES:

  • Business-to-business sales
  • Superior closing skills
  • Writing adverts for our open job openings
  • Searching for the right candidate via social media, job portals and other tools
  • Meeting with potential companies and clients
