Job Overview

Our Client is a leading debt counselling company advising customers on how to manage their finances, debt and budgets in order to remain debt free. They are looking for Junior Helpdesk Support Consultant to join their dynamic team in order to take inbound calls from their customer to advise how to use their database management software.

Salary: R8k /pcm

Start date: asap

Job Requirements

  • Take inbound calls (full training provided)
  • Personal interaction with clients/customers with regards to various queries and services relating to database management software
  • Correspond and liaise between clients/customers

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 2 + years’ experience working in an inbound sales call centre
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and e-mail
  • Post matric tech-related qualification an advantage
  • Experience in data management system environment would be an advantage
  • Ability to speak and read Afrikaans fluently will be an advantage
