You will complete your job training in the company’s friendly and dynamic London office before transferring to their stylish and state-of-the-art Cape Town branch.
This position requires you to be a self-starter, self-motivated and goal-oriented. You need to be an analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as in a team. You must also be able to handle confidential and personal matters professionally. This position requires excellent time management skills and an ability to adhere to schedules.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to, responding to all kinds of queries by the company’s Danish-speaking customers using telephone, email and live-chat. You will be required to process and take ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment and process pertinent information into the relevant databases. You are expected to build and maintain strong customer relationships and take full responsibility for handling customer-related queries. You will also make outgoing calls and execute outbound campaigns to identified customers, such as welcome calls, failed purchases, etc.
The company covers the cost of obtaining your work visa and provides full relocation service.
Your working languages will be Danish and English.
You will work flexible shifts with operating hours Mo – Sun from 00h00 to 24h00.
R 18.000 p/m (£ 1.252 during training at London office)
