Job Overview

Our Client, an international company with offices situated in Fiji, is currently seeking Greek-speaking Consultant to provide customer services to their clientele.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Fluent in Greek and English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work 42.50 hours per week on a flexible shift basis
  • Secondary education
  • Must be willing to relocate to Fiji

Main duties:

  • Assisting customers with flight bookings/ re-bookings/ cancellation of flights
  • Assisting customers with tracking lost baggage
  • General customer services within the airline industry

Salary and benefits:

  • Training provided (2 – 8 weeks dependant on the airline)
  • 15000 FJD per year
  • Attendance bonus- 1700 FJD
  • Performance incentive
  • Subsidized meals
  • Company-provided transport to and from work
  • 3 months’ accommodation + housing allowance of 750 FJD per month
  • Medical aid
  • Flights to and from Fiji
